1875: The Steakhouse

 

Our elegant steakhouse has an open kitchen and a unique twist on comfort food. Serving 100% premium aged Midwest, corn fed Prime, Choice and Angus beef, 1875: The Steakhouse offers premium cuts that are aged to be tender and full of flavor. The house specialty is a must-try Baked Lobster Mac 'N Cheese. Named in honor of May 17, 1875, the date of the first Kentucky Derby, French Lick Springs Hotel’s signature restaurant is located adjacent to the hotel main lobby.

The Grand Colonnade Family Restaurant

 

A great beginning to every day can be found on the lower level of the Events Center. A bountiful selection of hearty breakfast foods to jump start any morning prepared just for you. Enjoy expanded weekend service including fried chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, salads and sandwiches from the Saturday express menu and a traditional Sunday brunch.

The Power Plant Bar & Grill

 

Simply step through the door and back in time to understand how the lounge got its name. The large electrical switchboard that once supplied electricity for French Lick Springs Hotel is the focal point of the décor in this hotel eatery. You will find plenty of appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches and assorted libations. Located on the hotel lower level near The Grand Colonnade Restaurant. Fridays and Saturdays catch the incomparable Sarah Stivers and her quartet playing everything from rock to pop, jazz, funk and disco.

Pluto's Pizzeria

 

Located in Pluto's Alley underneath the Spa at French Lick Springs Hotel, Pluto's Pizzeria offers a variety of homemade calzones, stromboli and pizza served whole or by the slice—pretzels and world-famous Slot Dogs too!

In the hotel’s heyday the Pluto bar served hot or cold Pluto water piped directly from the spring. Guests at the hotel were encouraged to drink the water praised for its seemingly limitless health benefits.

Scoops Coffee and Creamery

Rain or shine no matter the weather, stop by for a meal, a snack or your favorite cocktail. Located near the Spa at French Lick Springs Hotel adjacent to the pool complex.

Located at the Donald Ross Course at French Lick Resort. Hagen’s is clubhouse dining with an expansive menu from soups and salads to steaks and seafood. Enjoy dinner with a fabulous panoramic view of The Donald Ross Course at French Lick Resort year-round.
