Pai Gow Poker

The object of Pai Gow Poker is for a player to create two poker hands from the seven-cards which are dealt by the dealer: a five-card (High) hand, and a two-card (Low) poker hand. The five-card hand's value must exceed the two-card hand's value, and both of the player’s hands must beat both of the dealer’s two card hands in order to win.
