Hey Greasers...It's a Hot Cars and Sock Hop Dance-A-Thon happenin' on Friday, July 24th. Step back in time to poodle skirts, ducktails, saddle shoes, jeans and love beads. We're combining two of the most prolific decades in American history for one evening...and to remember the good old days. Travel back in time through music and classic cars—from the 50s and the 60s. Put on those Blue Suede Shoes and come dance to the Duke Boys, performing live from 7pm to Midnight in the Sports & Exhibit Center.

It's Cruisin' Time again at French Lick Resort with our 3rd Annual Cool Rides & Hot July Nights Car Show. If you go to only one classic and custom car show this summer make it this one. Over 600 cars are expected, including Model T's, Stock Cars, Street Rods, Street Machines, Mini/Stock/Custom Trucks, Mustangs, Camaros, Chevelles and Corvettes. With 36 trophy classes and Stereo & Neon contests, this one-of-a-kind car show is sure to delight car aficionados of all ages. Trophies will be awarded on Saturday at 4 pm.

There's nothing better than the smell of open pit barbecue lingering in the air, except the taste of mouth watering, fresh off the grill, delicious BBQ. Join your friends at French Lick Resort, the weekend of August 7th through 9th, for The Best of the Best BBQ Cookoff. The best BBQ chefs in the area will converge and compete for the title of THE BEST OF THE BEST. Cookoff held from Noon to 6pm with winners announced at 7pm. We’re searching across the land for Classic Rock Bands that can BRING IT to our $10,000 Classic Rock Band Battle competition. Dust off that Journey sheet music, practice that Kevin Cronin pitch and get ready to go head-to-head for a cash prize and contract for a single performance at French Lick Resort. Join us on select Fridays and Saturdays in the Casino Lounge between August 14th and September 12th when four bands will Battle It out for their place in the Grand Finale held on September 19th.
