Donald Ross Indiana golf course

The Donald Ross Golf Course at French Lick

Originally constructed in 1917 by world-renowned architect Donald Ross, this legendary golf course has been home to many regional and national tournaments, including the 1924 PGA Championship. The course underwent an incredible transformation in collaboration with the Donald Ross Society.

Course Highlights

  • The return of 35 original bunkers featuring Ross’ trademark flat bottoms and deep, gnarly faces.
  • Greens expanded to their original square or rectangular shapes - a size increase of 25%-30%.
  • Medal Tees. The course plays to 7,000 yards. The length coupled with the original Par 70 will test even the game’s best players.
