Hagen's Club House Restaurant

Named for Walter Charles Hagen (1892-1969) a major figure in golf during the first half of the 20th century. He won the 1924 PGA Championship on the Donald Ross Course at French Lick (formerly the Hill Course). Hagen won the U.S. Open twice and in 1922 was the first American to win the British Open—which he went on to win three more times. He also won the Western Open five times, totaled 44 PGA wins in his career and was a six time Ryder Cup captain. His tally of eleven majors is third behind Tiger Woods and Jack Nicklaus.
