Activities Galore Make French Lick Resort the Perfect Spring Break Destination

FRENCH LICK, IN — It may look like a Winter Wonderland outside, but French Lick Resort has one thing on its mind – Spring! Warm weather and sunshine is quickly approaching, so trade those winter boots for flip flops and head to French Lick for our Spring Break Bash.

There will be plenty to keep the whole family busy. Children 6-12 will love to be a part of the resort’s Kidsfest program with multiple experiences offered Wednesday through Saturday. Children can develop their inner-Picasso and take home their artwork as a souvenir during KidArts and cook up some tasty treats in KidCooks. All ages will love the Bowling, Arcade and Pizza Party on Friday evenings.

We haven’t forgotten about mom and dad. In addition to great golfing, spa treatments and casino gaming, the Spring Break Bash offers family-friendly pool parties on Saturday afternoons. Parents can also check out many special events happening throughout March and April. The resort has everything from headlining entertainment, magic shows to culinary classes.

Although we have several packages available throughout the year, we have designed a few specifically for the spring season. Guests may book packages that include fun for the whole family such as the Family Fun and Swing into spring packages. Collective Soul Concert

For nearly two decades Collective Soul has been cranking out their post-grunge, melodic guitar-driven music. With the release of 2009’s Collective Soul, their second self-titled album, join this band as they perform live in the Windsor Ballroom at 8 p.m. Rock along with Shine, Better Now, December, Vent, The World I know, Hollywood, their newest hit Staring Down and many more of their chart-topping songs. Easter Festivities

French Lick Resort is the perfect place to celebrate Easter Weekend! You can “Meet and Greet” the Hare Extraordinaire at French Lick Springs Hotel on Saturday. Also enjoy the annual Easter Egg Hunt Sunday in the Formal Gardens – where there’s lots of fun for boys and girls 12 years and younger. After the hunt, enjoy an Easter Feast at the Grand Colonnade Restaurant or a special Easter Sunday Brunch at the West Baden Springs Hotel.

REO Speedwagon Concert

A little arena rock band from Champaign, IL has toured every year since they burst on the scene with their self-titled debut album in 1971. Nearly four decades later followers still sing along every night with Kevin Cronin and the band as they belt out fan favorites Can’t Stop This Feeling, Keep on Loving You, Roll with the Changes and Time for Me to Fly. Culinary Championship Event

Learn from five of the Midwest’s Top Chefs during our Culinary Champions Event. Each will instruct a one hour session. After class, join the gourmet cooks for a delicious meal featuring the five dishes prepared during the day. Sessions from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., with dinner served from 6 – 8 p.m.
