The Spa at West Baden

Advanced reservations suggested.

To enjoy the full spa experience, please arrive 25 minutes prior to your service to allow time for check-in, changing into robe and slippers and relaxing in our sauna or tranquility room.

While lockers are provided, we suggest leaving valuables in your hotel room.

Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, surgeries, pregnancy, as some treatments may be inadvisable based on these conditions.

Late arrivals may experience a reduction in treatment time so that our next guest will not be delayed.

Please remove jewelry before services.

Please silence cell phones upon entering the spa.

Spa guest must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by a guardian.

Due to limited availability we require a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid be charged the full service fee. We will attempt to resell your scheduled services in an attempt to avoid charges to you.
