As America commemorates 250 years of independence, our treasured hotels are also adding to their extensive legacies. French Lick Springs Hotel is in its 181st year of existence while West Baden Springs Hotel celebrates its 171st year in 2026. This summer is the perfect time to come experience centuries of history and traditions at French Lick Resort — named the Best Historic Resort by Historic Hotels of America.

Holidays

Our 100 Days of Summer get rolling over Memorial Day weekend and wind down with Labor Day festivities. In between, we're celebrating with a bang for America's 250th birthday during Fourth of July weekend.

Each holiday weekend brings special poolside activities and cookouts, family-friendly fun and special holiday programming across the resort.

Outdoor Activities

Our 3,200 scenic acres are your playground this summer with endless ways to get out and play. Cast a line at our newly opened Dry Hollow Family Fishing Pond, saddle up for horseback and pony rides or try an adventure at the archery or sporting clays range.

Keep the adventure going on the hiking trails or pickleball courts, and when it's time to slow down, take a family carriage ride or find a spot to relax at the pool.

Golf

Summer is for hitting the golf course. You’ll have plenty of options with a total of four courses and 54 holes for all skill levels.

Play a championship round at our Pete Dye and Donald Ross courses, named by Golfweek as Indiana's #1 and #2 public courses for 15 consecutive years. Or, tee up a round at our 9-hole courses, Sand Creek and Valley Links. You can even golf past sunset at Sand Creek, now lit for late-night play. All of our courses feature youth rates when playing alongside an adult.

Summer Concerts

What’s summer without a good show? Mark your calendar for August 14 & 15 for the Last Call of Summer Country Weekend. Brothers Osborne leads it off Friday night, then Jamey Johnson and special guest Drake White take the stage on Saturday.

All of our concerts are all-ages shows, so come with the whole family for a great weekend of entertainment.

Area Attractions

Beyond the resort, you might be surprised how much there is to do and see — both in town and within a short drive. Ride roller coasters, splash at the water park, see elephants, giraffes and other wildlife up close, take a train ride, explore area caves. And that's just the start.
