Holidays

Our 100 Days of Summer get rolling over Memorial Day weekend and wind down with Labor Day festivities. In between, we celebrate with a bang during the Fourth of July. Each weekend brings special poolside activities and cookouts, family-friendly fun and special holiday programming across the resort.

Tasting Trains

There’s no time like summer for a ride. Hop aboard one of French Lick Scenic Railway’s tasting trains — perfect for a grown-up evening out, as all rides are for 21 and older. Chocolate, wine, beer or bourbon — there’s a train that’s just your taste.

Outdoor Activities

Our 3,200 scenic acres are your playground this summer with endless ways to get out and play. Saddle up for horseback and pony rides, try an adventure at the archery or sporting clays range, hit the hiking trails or pickleball courts, or take a family carriage ride or surrey cart ride. And for a change of pace, there's always a spot to relax at the pool.

Golf

Summer is for hitting the golf course, and you’ll want to play our brand-new 9 holes. The Sand Creek Course at French Lick Resort is our new short course, playable in a little over an hour with holes between 35 and 90 yards — perfect for golfers of all skill levels. Our championship Pete Dye and Donald Ross courses and 9-hole Valley Links are also ready to play, with youth rates also available.

Area Attractions

Beyond the resort, you might be surprised how much there is to do and see — both in town and within a short drive. Ride roller coasters, splash at the water park, see elephants, giraffes and other wildlife up close, take a train ride, explore area caves. And that's just the start.
