Transfer/Refund Information
If you already purchased tickets for a postponed concert date:
Online Purchases (Ticketmaster)
If you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster, the official ticketing agent for French Lick Resort, all original tickets will be honored at the rescheduled performance and no further action is required. If you cannot make the new date, a refund may be requested through the Ticketmaster website or by calling (800) 745-3000.
Online Purchases (Non-Ticketmaster)
All other ticket sellers are considered third-party agencies. You will need to reach out to that company directly for more information regarding their policies.
In-Person Purchases at French Lick Resort
Tickets purchased at the resort are also eligible for refunds. Please contact our designated Call Center line at (888) 936-9360, ext. 7834. Please provide the name of ticketholder, contact information, number of tickets purchased, and form of payment details. Refunds may take up to two weeks.

You will need to contact our Call Center at (888) 936-9360 to have that reservation transferred to the night of the new concert.
