Named for Lee W. Sinclair, one of the original owners of West Baden Springs Hotel. Sinclair brought sophistication to southern Indiana and transformed the hotel into a slice of European elegance in America. Located just off the atrium.

Table One is a true chef’s tasting table and a unique private dining experience for groups of up to 10. When you book a Table One experience, one of our West Baden executive chefs will communicate with you directly and learn about your group’s preferences. Combining your personal tastes with the chef’s creativity, your customized 5-course menu is revealed when your group sits down to eat. Courses are served one one-of-a-kind Versace dinnerware, and glass walls allow you to watch our culinary team in the kitchen as they prepare your meal. With the flip of a switch, the glass is frosted for dining privacy.

This is the hot spot for drinks, great food and good times. The large electrical switchboard that once powered French Lick Springs Hotel is the focal point of this lounge. Here, you will find delicious appetizers, salads, burgers and sandwiches, plus a kid's menu. Located on the lower level near The Grand Colonnade Restaurant.
This isn't your ordinary pool snack bar! At Spring No. 8, fill up with sandwiches, wraps, soups and salads, and wash it all down with a specialty cocktail, glass of wine or your favorite beer. Enjoy dining service indoors or grab a seat out on the pool patio, and enjoy cocktail service poolside during the summer months.

Start your day with the Grand Colonnade's famous breakfast buffet including freshly made waffles, bacon, sausage, eggs made to order, biscuits and gravy, pastries and lighter options. Enjoy omelets made to order daily.
Our all-you-can eat breakfast buffet is $21 for adults, half price for children age 6-12, and kids 5 and younger eat free.
Located in Pluto's Alley on the hotel's lower level, Pluto's Pizzeria offers a variety of homemade calzones, stromboli and pizza served whole or by the slice. In the hotel's heyday, the Pluto bar served hot or cold Pluto water piped directly from the spring. Guests at the hotel were encouraged to drink the water praised for its seemingly limitless health benefits.
Featuring a freshly made menu ranging from a simple bowl of fresh fruit to classic eggs Benedict, Café Sinclair's is a sophisticated and refined location for breakfast or an early brunch. Located in the hotel's original dining room with Sinclair's Restaurant, just off the atrium behind the fireplace.
Ballard's in the Atrium is casual dining with an upscale twist. Enjoy lunch or dinner in the atrium with a breathtaking view of the famed West Baden Springs Hotel dome. Choose from a wide selection of appetizers, salads, pizzas, sandwiches and dinner entrees, and savor the ambiance of a dining atmosphere unlike any other. The restaurant and adjacent Ballard's Bar are named for Ed Ballard, who owned West Baden Springs Hotel during its heyday in the 1920s and early '30s.
PLEASE NOTE: Ballard's in the Atrium will be temporarily relocated Monday-Friday while roof repairs are being made. The Ballard's menu will be served in Sinclair's Restaurant those days. Enjoy clubhouse dining with a panoramic view of the spectacular Donald Ross Course at French Lick. Hagen’s features a diverse menu including steaks, seafood, salads, burgers, and of course, Hagen's signature BBQ ribs. The restaurant is named for legendary golfer Walter Hagen, who won the 1924 PGA Championship at this course.

Located off the French Lick Springs Hotel lobby, the French Lick Mercantile Co. serves Starbucks coffee, hand-dipped ice cream and a range of grab-n-go food items. The Mercantile is also stocked with sundries, like all those easily forgotten toiletries, as well as resort memorabilia and souvenir items.
The rich aroma of our baked goods, freshly made waffle cones and Starbucks coffee is too good to pass up. Stop by for fresh-made breakfast items, deli sandwiches, chocolate chip cookies or Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Located just down the hall from the lobby.
