Air Supply

Air Supply

Friday, January 17 • 8pm (Doors open at 6pm)
Hoosier Ballroom

The soundtrack of the ’80s wouldn’t be the same without them. Air Supply’s soulful ballads topped the charts instantly from the time the duo’s U.S. debut, "Lost in Love," rocketed to No. 1 on the charts. They were "All Out of Love" with their next No. 1 smash hit, and seven top-5 singles later, Air Supply equaled the Beatles’ record at the time for consecutive top-5 hits. Russell Hitchcock’s soaring tenor voice and Graham Russell’s simple yet majestic songwriting balanced beautifully to produce more of their signature hits such as "The One You Love," "Sweet Dreams" and "Making Love Out of Nothing At All," which have all achieved multi-million plays on radio airwaves.

Grand Funk Railroad

Grand Funk Railroad

Saturday, March 14 • 8pm (Doors open at 6pm)
Hoosier Ballroom

This is “Some Kind of Wonderful”: Grand Funk Railroad will roll through French Lick while marking a 51-year milestone. They’ll be making 40 stops on their Some Kind of Wonderful Tour 2020, and their high-energy show is sure to include some of their mega-hits such as “We’re An American Band,” “I’m Your Captain/Closer to Home,” “Locomotion” and, of course, “Some Kind of Wonderful.” After forming in Flint, Michigan in 1969, Grand Funk Railroad played to sold-out venues worldwide — a 1971 show at New York’s Shea Stadium sold out faster than the Beatles. Grand Funk’s legacy still reigns over the classic rock landscape 50 years later, a testament to the influence and staying power of one of classic rock’s classic acts.

Clint Black

Clint Black

Saturday, May 16 • 8pm (Doors open at 6pm)
Hoosier Ballroom

It is one of the most storied careers in modern music. Clint Black surged to superstardom as part of country music’s famed Class of '89, reaching #1 with five consecutive singles from his triple-platinum debut, "Killin' Time." Perhaps most impressively, Black wrote or co-wrote every one of his more than three dozen chart hits, including "A Better Man," "Where Are You Now," "When My Ship Comes In," "A Good Run of Bad Luck," "Summer's Comin'," "Like the Rain" and "Nothin' But the Taillights," part of a catalog that produced 22 #1 singles and made him one of the most successful singer/songwriters of the modern era.
