Day 2

Morning: Pumpkin-spiced conversation on the hotel veranda. The best way to start a fall day.
Afternoon: It’s “me” time. And “we” time. Plan a day at the spa of your choice, and savor a treatment you’ve had your heart set on.
Evening: This setting and experience are not to be missed. Sundays through the end of September, enjoy a Sunset Dinner inside The Mansion at Pete Dye. Come early and linger late for the 40-mile panoramic views outside the manion.

Day 3

Morning: Get the blood flowing early at the archery range. Wooded, shaded, and extremely friendly for beginners.
Afternoon: Take a side trip to the French Lick Winery (in the local community) or Patoka Lake Winery (a short drive) for a wine tasting and seasonal flavors.
Evening: All in for a surrey cart ride! You may or may not get far pedaling in tandem … but sometimes this ends up being the highlight of the trip.

Afternoon: Savor lunch with a view at Ballard’s in the Atrium under the West Baden Springs Hotel dome. Keep an eye out for seasonal fall cocktail specials.
Evening: Your own horse-drawn carriage ride on a sun-splashed fall evening. Talk about the perfect finishing note to a girls’ trip.
