For consideration, a formal request must be submitted at least one week prior to the proposed shooting date. Approval or denial will be given after the consideration process.
Upon arrival to the resort, photographers should notify hotel concierge about their intention to conduct a photography session or to request an approved session. This policy allows our staff to be aware and assists the photographer in minimizing disturbances from guests or other staff members.
