No need to pay — all parking is free at French Lick Resort. That includes the parking garage and all self-parking lots. Valet service is also complimentary for resort guests.

Yes; if we know the guest’s allergies prior to the event, our culinary staff will ensure they are accommodated. If we do not know in advance, we will do our best to accommodate but it may delay service for that guest.

Yes; if a guest would like to go back to the hotel early, our event staff will arrange to have a shuttle sent to pick up the guest.

French Lick Springs Hotel is attached to the Event Center, so you can walk from your guest room to meeting rooms in the Event Center without leaving the building. The Event Center is also connected to the Exhibition Hall, allowing for easy access among these three venues.

Likewise, Valley Tower Hotel also offers connecting access to the Event Center without leaving the building, via the escalator in the lobby area of French Lick Casino.

West Baden Springs Hotel is approximately one mile from the Event Center and Exhibition Hall, easily accessible by our complimentary resort shuttle.

At French Lick Springs Hotel, The Grand Colonnade Restaurant serves an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet available daily. French Lick Mercantile Co. serves Starbucks coffee, breakfast sandwiches, baked goods and other hot breakfast items.

At West Baden Springs Hotel, Café Sinclair’s offers dining service with an array of breakfast classics, and Xanadu Coffee & Creamery serves Starbucks products and quick-serve options. Both are open daily.

Yes, our team is happy to discuss options for modifying existing items on our banquet and event menus, or creating a customized menu. Additional fees can apply for modifications or customization.

Yes, you have the option to put more than one credit card on your master account.

All planned activities will be charged in full to the master account payment method 14 days prior to the group’s arrival. 

We do offer some in-house decorations at no extra cost to elevate your event or dinner. Some additional decorations and florals may have an extra fee.

While you are welcome to bring your own A/V, to save you time and trouble we provide everything you need with our in-house A/V already set up in your meeting space.

At this time, we require all ceremonies held in a public space to be accompanied with a reception through one of our advertised wedding packages.

Although our resort is dog-friendly, only service dogs are allowed in our event spaces.

We offer hunter green, black, burgundy and bamboo.

Outdoor function space is booked with an indoor backup location. A weather call is made by French Lick Resort on the day of the outdoor event.

A COI (copy of insurance) and third-party vendor agreement will be made with the resort and vendor.

We require all food and beverage consumed in our meeting spaces to be purchased from the resort.

Yes, we can customize a wedding package to meet your unique vision. Please be aware the advertised wedding package prices are designed to meet the minimums required to use the event space and any customizations do not reduce package rates below advertised pricing.

For wedding-related events, all floral must be purchased through our in-house floral department.

For non-wedding events, non-floral centerpieces are permitted from an outside vendor, while all floral-related pieces are required to be purchased from the resort.

At this time, we do not allow cross-property weddings. All wedding events are required to be booked at the host hotel. We only book one wedding per property, per day. This ensures exclusive photo rights to the contracted venue grounds and hotel.
