The cottages sit atop Klondike Hill, approximately 1 mile from French Lick Springs Hotel. They are quiet and secluded, offering a new way for your group to enjoy a private stay.

These are side-by-side cottages, bookable as a single cottage or as both cottages together. Each cottage is equipped and furnished the same, with the exception that bedrooms have slightly different room configurations between each cottage. One cottage also offers ADA-accessible accommodations.

In each cottage, there are four bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. Each cottage will comfortably accommodate eight guests if everyone in the group wants their own individual bed. For double occupancy in each room, the maximum capacity is 16 guests per cottage.

Cottages are not designed for ancillary parties and gatherings.

Yes, the two cottages have connecting access with a neutral area that unlocks when both are rented together. When renting one cottage individually, the doors to the neutral area are locked for privacy and safety.

A 2-night minimum stay is required. Rates start at $3,200 per night. Reservations are nonrefundable within 90 days of check-in date.

RidgeView Cottages are a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only. Violations of the nonsmoking policy will be charged $300.

At check-out, guests are welcome to call the French Lick Springs Hotel front desk at (812) 936-5541. Express check-out is available if everything on your bill is reconciled. Charges will be billed to the credit card on file; to change a card, call the front desk to update.

Yes, at check-in, you will receive a packet with cottage info and a map. If you'd like help finding it when you first arrive, a member of our resort staff will drive a lead vehicle to the cottages for you to follow behind. The street address is 9390 Klondike Street, French Lick, IN 47432.

A full kitchen including oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the kitchen essentials you need for home-cooked meals. The common area provides plenty of room to gather with plush chairs and couches. Outdoors, there are gathering areas with a propane grill, patio tables and chairs, and rockers. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and wireless internet are included. Washer and dryer are not available.

Yes, there is daily refresh of housekeeping service with full service every three days.

No, there is no additional cleaning fee. All cleaning fees are covered in your standard room rate.

If you use the kitchen extensively during your stay, it is always appreciated to tidy up as much as you can, or run a load in the dishwasher before you leave, to assist our housekeeping staff.

Yes, you can park at the cottages and use complimentary French Lick Resort shuttle throughout your stay. There are approximately 15 parking spaces between both cottages with ADA parking available.

Yes, RidgeView guests can use the pools at French Lick Springs Hotel only. Other amenities at resort hotels (including West Baden Springs Hotel) are open to RidgeView guests, including restaurants, spas and bowling alleys.

Just like hotel guest rooms, the cottages have electronic key card access and include fire extinguishers, first aid kits and posted evacuation plans.
