Outdoor Activities
BIKE AND SURREY RENTAL Through October 31
We now have e-bike rentals! It’s a great day to go for a ride and discover some of the resort's 3,200 scenic acres. Take a spin in our cruiser bikes, or rent a surrey cart and ride together with the entire crew.

Surrey Carts:
A family that bikes together stays together! Rent a bicycle surrey cart and keep the whole gang in tow while traveling around the resort.

Sporting Ranges
Simulate the thrill of the hunt at our 75-acre sporting ranges, featuring sporting clays and archery. Both shooting ranges are perfect for all skill levels, from seasoned marksmen to beginners.

Think you’re a good shot? Simulate the thrill of a hunt and fire away at clay targets of various trajectories, speeds, elevations, distances and target sizes. No prior experience necessary — perfect for both novice shooters and experienced marksmen, and a great outdoor adventure for small and medium-sized groups.

Recommended for ages 5 and older. Crossbows are not permitted.
Put your marksmanship to the test at our outdoor archery range. The “wildlife” in these rolling wooded hills are lifelike, three-dimensional animal targets that will test your aim and skill. It’s a fun and unique activity whether you’re a seasoned shooter or a beginner, as your instructor can show you the basics. Perfect for small groups and parties of up to 12.
10 Target Shoot
- $60 per person (includes recurve bow, arrows, arm guard and golf cart)
- $40 per person (guest provides own bow and arrows; golf cart provided)
Pickleball
Enjoy a game on our new pickleball courts located in East Park on the West Baden Springs Hotel grounds. Bring your own paddles and balls, or purchase them at the West Baden Mercantile Company. Courts are available on a first-come basis.

Golf
There's no time like spring for a drive. The Donald Ross Course at French Lick and The Pete Dye Course at French Lick are open for the season. And you can always play a round at our Valley Links Course, which is available in all seasons. At all of our resort courses, ages 13-17 play for half price and kids 12 and younger golf for free, when playing with an adult.
