Voices & Votes Smithsonian Exhibit through June 28
Timeless French Lick Visitors Center
Based on a major exhibition currently on display at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History, “Voices and Votes” is a traveling exhibit making a stop in West Baden Springs. Stop by the Timeless French Lick Visitors Center to learn about the story of democracy in America through photos, video, multimedia interactives and short games.

Summer Fest Celebrating America 250 Friday, June 26 & Saturday, June 27
Stop by the Town Green and local American Legion, just a short walk from French Lick Springs Hotel, for a two-day patriotic celebration. Enjoy free activities including bounce houses, face painting, cotton candy, balloon art and live music. Keep the fun going with food, drinks, desserts and a beer garden.

30 Years of the Cook Legacy
This year marks 30 years since one of the most dramatic chapters in the colorful history of West Baden Springs Hotel: a rebirth that transformed a once-crumbling building back into a treasured destination.

Patriotic Decor
In celebration of America 250, our historic hotels are showing their patriotic colors this spring and summer.
West Baden Springs HotelWest Baden Springs Hotel
- The front drive and the hotel towers are lit red, white and blue, and patriotic flags line the back drive.
- Red, white and blue flowers are planted in the seal fountain roundabout and in pots lining East Terrace.
- Patriotic bunting will be displayed on the veranda and atrium balconies, and The Stables at French Lick Resort will also feature patriotic decorations. (Coming May 18)
- Guests will receive special edition America 250 key cards at check-in. (Coming May 22)
- An American flag will be painted in center field of Sprudel Field at East Park. (Coming July 3)
French Lick Springs Hotel
Special patriotic touches will be throughout the hotel starting May 21.
Outside the hotel:
- Main entrance outside the hotel, French Lick Casino and Event Center will be lit red, white, and blue.
- In the front circle, the large flower bed will be planted in a large “250” pattern.
- Two freshly painted bicentennial bison will be on display.
- Fresh flowers, ferns, and patriotic bunting will adorn the veranda.
Inside the hotel:
- Look for patriotic decorations throughout the lobby, promenade hallway and pool area.
- Vintage Ford Model A will be on display for photo ops. (Event Center lower level)
- Snap a photo at the patriotic selfie station. (Event Center lower level)

Catch a Concert
Nothing says Americana like good friends and a fun night out at a concert. From country to rock 'n' roll and classic acts, headliner shows at the Exhibition Hall are your ticket to great entertainment.
- Please arrive early so you can quickly pass through security.
- All bags/backpacks/purses will be inspected and security wands will be utilized before entering the show.
- Prohibited items include: weapons, professional cameras, audio or video recording devices, and glass bottles.
- Sealed alcoholic beverages will be confiscated. However, plastic cups will be available for transfer of open bottles.
