The French Lick Springs Hotel formal gardens were originally in a Japanese style and have remained as such through the years. Traditional Japanese gardens are a small representation of a peaceful landscape and punctuated with a tranquil water feature, making it the perfect setting for an outdoor cocktail reception, wedding or reunion. The garden is perfectly suited for a stroll after a long day of meetings or an open-air venue for a party.
Build camaraderie and office productivity with a little friendly competition in the bowling alley. Also great for holiday parties and reunions, the bowling lanes along with the arcade and pizzeria can be rented exclusively for your occasion. Bring your quarters for the video games and interactive games at the arcade. Pizza, beer and soft drinks round out the party.
Built in 1902 and fully restored in 2007, the Atrium can be configured for a formal reception or cocktail party, or a casual and relaxed affair. In spite of its size and grandeur, it has an intimate feel and is the perfect venue for semi-private cocktail receptions and dinners. The atrium can also be exclusively rented for private events with a buyout of the hotel.
The lobby could be considered the little sister of the hotel’s historic domed atrium. It and the surrounding mezzanine have their own decorative flair that make this venue unforgettable. Also located a few steps away from the veranda, this circular, two-storied space is perfect for weddings and receptions, elegant dinners, social events and presentations.
Just off the lobby and steps away from the atrium, the Caddy Sinclair Room is nearby all the action while maintaining a private setting. This space is ideal for an intimate dinner or cocktail reception.
The veranda of West Baden Springs Hotel offers a breathtaking view of our historic and picturesque grounds. Easily accessible to the West Baden Springs Hotel lobby and domed atrium, this space is ideal for intimate wedding ceremonies, anniversary celebrations, cocktail receptions, small rehearsal dinners and other social events.
The Formal Gardens at West Baden Springs Hotel are in European style, which presents nature in a controlled and ordered view. This particular garden dates to the hotel’s massive redesign by Lillian Sinclair in 1917. The symmetrical garden is a dream-like setting for weddings. Imagine saying "I do" with the West Baden Springs Hotel as the backdrop!
The boardrooms at West Baden Springs Hotel are great choices for small-sized meetings. Located on the hotel’s first level, the Caldwell & Drake and Oliver Westcott rooms are comfortable, stylish and equipped with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment and banquet services.
