The Billiard and Bowling Pavilion is rolling again after a remarkable renovation. This historic venue on the West Baden Springs Hotel grounds has been beautifully restored to its original use and is welcoming hotel guests for the first time in more than 90 years.

Fun & Games Are Back

Get ready to rack ’em up and knock ’em down. Just as it did in the early 1900s, this recreation building features six lanes of bowling with scoring by hand for a true throwback experience. Two pool tables add to the fun and games any day of the week. 

Parking is available at the self-park lot or valet service at West Baden Springs Hotel. Or, catch a ride on the complimentary French Lick Resort shuttle for easy access to and from the venue.

Sprudel's Pizzeria

The Billiard and Bowling Pavilion is home to French Lick Resort’s newest restaurant. Sprudel’s Pizzeria serves up a variety of artisan pizzas, sandwiches, salads and desserts along with Prohibition Era-inspired cocktails.

100+ Years of History

The Billiard and Bowling Pavilion first opened to West Baden Springs Hotel guests on Christmas Day in 1917. Like many of the hotel’s elegant features, the recreation hall was considered a luxury for its time.

Behind the Scenes

Go behind the scenes of the restoration timeline of this historic structure. Bringing it back to life required adding a lost wing of the building and repairing decades of neglect. The finished product combines modern elements with classic features from the building’s original design.
