Raise a glass to a one-of-a-kind evening featuring Woodford Reserve Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall.
Enjoy an exquisite chef-crafted, four-course dinner paired with Master Distiller-selected bourbons in 1875’s historic Silver Room. Hear from McCall, the first female Master Distiller at Woodford Reserve, about her role with the iconic distillery and get the chance to meet and mingle with fellow bourbon enthusiasts. In the spirit of Hoosier Hospitality, guests will be seated together at one large table to foster conversation and share appreciation for the evening’s bourbon and culinary offerings.
Space is limited for this exclusive event, which includes overnight accommodations at French Lick or West Baden Springs Hotel.
Packages start at $625 per person based on double occupancy.

Course 1
Braised Short Rib with Johnny Cake Served with a Jalapeño Bourbon Glaze.
Course 2
Grilled Squash Boat With Arugula, Spinach, Fried Shallots, Shaved Smoked Gouda, Toasted Pecans and Mint Julep Vinaigrette.
Course 3
Braised Rack of Lamb with Cherry Bourbon Glaze Served with Honey Bourbon Glazed Carrots and Fondant Potato.
Course 4
Bourbon Baked Alaska
· Must be at least 21 or older with a valid ID to participate.
· Formal or semi-formal attire preferred. For gentlemen, jacket and tie are preferred but not required.
· Total package price plus tax will be charged at time of booking and is non-refundable. All cancellations will be charged full amount of package (dinner plus room) regardless of cancellation date.
· Wine pairings are available upon request at menu price for non-bourbon drinkers. Full bar service also available at menu price.
· Bottle service is available for delivery to guest rooms.
